Two classes for children dealing with matters related to parents getting divorced have been scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon, and on Monday, June 23, from 6-8 p.m.

The 3rd District Court classes are available for children ages 9-12 and whose parents have filed for divorce or who are divorced. The curriculum is intended to give children skills to express their feelings to parents. The classes are taught by mental health professionals, with input from state court judges and commissioners.

The classes are free and voluntary. However, advance registration is required. Call Alyssa White at 578-3897 or email her at [email protected] to register.
