After the judiciary interprets law, the people and their elected representatives are left to interpret the judicial ruling.

Traditionally, we have interpreted those rulings in a straightforward constructionist fashion, giving deference to the intent with which they were written.

But let's get with the times, people! Take a cue from "progressive" justices and give them a taste of their own medicine. Throw out their intent and view their court opinions as "living documents" with which we mingle our personal philosophies. It's not anarchy ... it's "progress."
