With the rapidly increasing gas prices there is a need to take action. Since the actual price per gallon was reported a few days ago as 12 cents per gallon, it appears that the cost per barrel has to be extremely less than what is paid in the United States. Perhaps the U.S., Canada, Australia and other grain-producing countries ought to sell wheat and other grains to OPEC nations at a price per bushel that is the same rate they charge per barrel of crude oil.
