This week we took the family to SeaWorld San Antonio and spent a good portion of the day at the water park. It was there, in the shade next to the wave pool, that I observed a cross section of America walking around in swimsuits. I began to realize why nutritionists are so worried. Our country stuffed in a swimsuit is not a pretty sight.

Mormons are well-schooled in the ill effects alcohol and tobacco have on the body, but what about the endless supply of snacks and other prepared foods?
