On Les Miz nights, the menu includes pulled pork, European chicken, red potatoes, glazed carrots, croissant, mixed green salad, fresh fruit, French silk brownie and raspberry lemonade.

Sound of Music nights feature Tuacahn's traditional favorites — deep pit roast beef, mesquite chicken, Dutch oven potatoes, baked beans, biscuit, tossed green salad, melon, peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and cold lemonade.
