Don Stapley is the descendant of pioneers: founders of Mesa and builders of communities, hardware stores and dams. It is a legacy of faith, entrepreneurship and community service.

Stapley has served Arizona's Maricopa County as its 2nd District county supervisor since 1994. This position led to his involvement in the National Association of Counties -- an organization of about 2,300 counties that lobbies Congress and the White House.
