AMERICAN FORK — The Music School in American Fork will hold a one-week camp in Prospector Square Lodge in Park City from June 15-21.

Jam Camp 2008 is an intensive, weeklong summer camp for young musicians interested in rock, jazz, funk, blues, alternative, hip-hop and other styles.

This year's celebrity artists-in-residence include Chris Slade (AC/DC), Jeff Coffin (Bela Fleck), Brian Bromberg (Elvis Costello), Wycliffe Gordon (Wynton Marsalis), Terreon Gully (Christian McBride), Jeremy Pelt (Mingus Big Bands) and Ron Blake (Yerba Buena).

Tuition is $745. Lodging varies from $147-$362, depending on room and occupancy. A meal ticket is $230 and provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Grub Steak Restaurant.
