Taxpayers are giving money they have earned to support those on welfare, medicaid, food stamps, tuition grants and other government handouts. Many of those paying taxes are required to take drug tests before and during employment.

Why should it be unconstitutional to expect the people who are receiving our money to do the same? They are not required to take money from the government. If they want the money they should have to be drug free.

They would not be eligible for lots of jobs because of drug abuse. Why should they be eligible for handouts that taxpayers who are working for a living have to pay for?
