NORTHRIDGE 47, DAVIS 38: Karson Casteel and Preston Christensen combined for 20 points, as Northridge tore off on a 19-10 fourth quarter run to swoop the region win at home.
WEBER 77, LAYTON 63: Justin Nielsen and Hayden Schenck combined for 46 points to help Weber topple Layton in region play.
EAST 84, CYPRUS 47: Rique Regalado finished with 26 points, and was red hot behind the arc with seven 3-pointers. East took control of the game in the second quarter with a 24-4 run.
BOUNTIFUL 47, HIGHLAND 27: Bountiful, led by Dain Murdock's 12 points and Brock Yates' 11 points, rolled past Highland on the road to remain undefeated in region play.
WOODS CROSS 44, CLEARFIELD 35: Skyler Farnes finished with 16 points, and Woods Cross finished the game strong after a dominant first half in region play.
OLYMPUS 57, MURRAY 51: Olympus broke the game open in the overtime to trump the Spartans. Nick Barney and Parker Rawlings each had 15 points, and both players nailed six baskets from downtown.
HERRIMAN 48, SKYLINE 41: Tueni Lupeamanu led the team with 17 points, while Brady Beard netted 12 for Herriman. The Mustangs rallied back in the second half to turn the game around for the victory.
HILLCREST 56, WESTLAKE 42: Hillcrest's Hunter Adams led the way with 15 points, including seven boards in the victory over Westlake. Alex Moss added 12 points in the Huskies region win.
SPRINGVILLE 50, MAPLE MOUNTAIN 46: McKay Murphy and Max Schreiner combined for 25 points, and Springville bounced back from a sluggish second quarter to slip past Maple Mountain in region play.
OREM 82, PROVO 65: With Orem's leading scorer Jordan Darger saddled with foul trouble, senior Josh Pollard stepped up and banged in 21 points. Sophomore Dalton Nixon added 18 points and Orem's floor leader Zach Hunsaker knocked in 16 points and numberous assists to his teammates. Also in double figures was sophomore Cooper Holt with 12 points. Orem dominated all aspects of the game in the first half leading 48-26 and cruised to the region 8 win. The anticipated matchup of the regions top 2 teams never materialized leaving Orem undefeated in region play.
TIMPVIEW 49, MOUNTAIN VIEW 37: Timpview, led by Dax Raymond's 13 points, were able to out-shoot Mountain View and pick-up a hard fought Region 8 victory.
TIMPANOGOS 56, SALEM HILLS 50: Timpanogos' tough second quarter led to the six point victory over Salem Hills. Tanner Halford led the Timberwolves with 14 points, while Tyler Hamilton added 12 points.
PARK CITY 47, UNION 36: Jono Schettler's scored 11 of his 20 points in the fourth to break open the close game and give the Miners their 10th win of the season.
WASATCH 46, UINTAH 33: Matt Pelo finished with 21 points and five rebounds, helping Wasatch to another region victory.
PAYSON 63, NORTH SANPETE 46: Payson, already ahead, took a dramatic leap in the third quarter to blow North Sanpete out of the water. Kade Jensen wowed the crowd with 22 points including 12 from behind the arc, while Tanner Newbold sank 12 points.
CARBON 61, SPANISH FORK 60: Dakota Cisneros nailed two clutch free throws to give Carbon the lead and the win. Clay Finkbiner torched the nets, hitting five 3-pointers on his way to 18 points to lead Carbon. Hayden Nielsen paced Spanish Fork with 16 points.
DAVIS 40, NORTHRIDGE 34: Courtney Hurst and Emily Kitchen each netted eight points, and Davis earned the region win over struggling Northridge.
LAYTON 52, WEBER 32: Courtnee Wood went off for 17 points along with 18 rebounds, five assists and six steals to lead Layton to another impressive victory.
SYRACUSE 80, FREMONT 34: Brittney Martin tallied the double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds, while teammate Makenlee Williams added 29 points in the lopsided Syracuse win.
TAYLORSVILLE 71, GRANGER 43: Siu Loamanu led three Taylorsville players in double figures with 22 points, including six from behind the arc, as Taylorsville breezed past Granger to stay undefeated in Region 2.
HUNTER 54, VIEWMONT 40: Hunter dominated the game for the 14 point victory. Sophmore Caitlyn Larsen had her third consecutive double-double for Viewmont despite the loss.
KEARNS 42, WEST 37: Kearns was spotless from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter, going 6-for-6 in the region battle. MIcaelee Orton scored 17 points in the victory.
BONNEVILLE 44, BOX ELDER 38: McKinlee Westmoreland led the team with 13 points, while both Emilie Volk and Kayla Eilertson sank 11 points. Bonneville sealed the win with a heavy second and fourth quarter.
BOUNTIFUL 61, HIGHLAND 39: Kennedy Merrick drained three 3-pointers and scored 20 points as the Braves blasted the Rams in region play.
CYPRUS 64, EAST 43: Lori Parkinson carried Cyprus with 26 points, and was an impressive 8-for-9 from the charity stripe in the Pirates sixth consecutive region victory.
WOODS CROSS 41, CLEARFIELD 22: Emily Howey nearly outscored Clearfield with her 20 points, and the Wildcats improved to 5-1 in region play.
OLYMPUS 42, MURRAY 33: Rachel VanderToolen netted 15 points with two 3-pointers, and Olympus earned a much needed region victory.
SKYLINE 54, HERRIMAN 25: Miquelle Askew and Ashley Aberton combined for 29 points, and Skyline came out of halftime ready to send Herriman home with a loss in the region victory.
HILLCREST 51, WESTLAKE 45: Whitney Lott and Madison Shaw dominated the glass with a combined 32 rebounds to help Hillcrest to a crucial region victory. The Huskies shot 25-for-35 from the charity stripe on the night.
MOUNTAIN VIEW 55, TIMPVIEW 51: Mountain View latched onto the win in double overtime, taking full advantage of their time on the free throw line. Ashleigh Warner led the team with 24 points, while Gentry Oldham sank 11.
SALEM HILLS 74, TIMPANOGOS 70: The Skyhawks earned a huge region win in overtime with some stellar free throw shooting from back-up point guard Missy Belliston. She made 15 of 20 freethrows after taking over when starter Georgia Agnew went down with a knee injury at 7:17 in the third quarter.Sophomore Rachel Warner hit the 3-point shot at the end of regulation that sent the contest into overtime.She led all scorers with 22 points, while Eternity Galeai and Maddie Dowd each scored 14 points. With Springville beating Maple Mountain, there is a three-way tie in the region race.
OREM 58, PROVO 38: Orem's Megan Sackett and Janalee Willmore propelled the team to the top with 28 points combined, while Tatiana Monsen netted 11 in the Tigers lopsided region win.
SPRINGVILLE 48, MAPLE MOUNTAIN 34: Malia Nawahine scored a game high 20 points, and Springville held Maple Mountain to just 14 points in the second half for a region victory.
CANYON VIEW 40, DESERT HILLS 36: Canyon View picked-up a huge win in Region 9 over Desert Hills to keep its playoff hopes alive. Josie Platt led the Falcons with 12 points, including two 3-pointers.
DIXIE 47, HURRICANE 45: Kelsey McCann finished with 14 points to help Dixie survive a nail bitter against visiting Hurricane.
SNOW CANYON 70, CEDAR 61: Megan Leavitt led Snow Canyon with 22 points and nine rebounds, while Amy Harris added 17 points and eight rebounds in the Warriors region victory.
WASATCH 43, UINTAH 28: Wasatch opened the game on a 22-7 run, and controlled the game defensively in the lopsided win over Uintah. Rennee Fagg led Wasatch with 11 points, while Paige Kohler chipped in 10 points.
JUAN DIEGO 47, JUDGE MEMORIAL 44: Lancee Whetman finished with a game high 19 points for Juan Diego, and Judge Memorial missed a game tying free throw in the region loss.
TOOELE 41, OGDEN 40: Ogden connected on five 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to come roaring back, but Becca Smaellie made a clutch lay-up to lift Tooele to victory. Smaellie ended the night with 18 points. Kelsey East had the hot hand for Ogden, making five 3-pointers and finishing with 20 points.
BEN LOMOND 39, GRANTSVILLE 20: Jordan Valdez was on fire behind the three point line, scoring three baskets and finishing with 14 points. Ben Lomond's quick hands led to 19 total steals on the night in the region victory.
MORGAN 62, BEAR RIVER 49: Morgan was able to stay undefeated in Region 11 behind 20 points from Kelsey Henry, and 15 points apiece from both Rashel Blazzard and McKenzie Schenk.
CARBON 49, SPANISH FORK 39: Carbon was able to pull away from Spanish Fork late to remain undefeated in region play. Rachel Scoggins led four Carbon players in double figures with 12 points. Miranda Averett, Amanda Freestone and Kelcy Otani each added 10 points.
JUAB 44, DELTA 35: Juab exploded in the fourth quarter, scoring 22 points in roughly five minutes to escalate the Wasps to the win. Kobe Farrer led the team with 18 points, including nine from downtown, while Jessica Barker netted 15.
NORTH SANPETE 51, PAYSON 31: North Sanpete set the tone for the game in the first quarter that echoed throughout the rest of the game. Taylor Gordon shined on the court with 24 points, while Ashley Nuttal sank eight.
BEAVER 49, KANAB 28: Hattie Snyder led all scorers with 17 points, and Beaver outscored Kanab 26-14 in the second half to pick up the region win at home.
MILLARD 61, PAROWAN 43: Keri Brunson and Cheryl Stephenson combined for 34 points to help Millard pick up the region win over struggling Parowan.
ROWLAND HALL 36, WATERFORD 24: Shelby Matsumura led the way with nine points and one 3-pointer, while Marisa Eng and Meagan Hall combined for 14 points. Rowland Hall came out strong in the first half, outscoring Waterford 18-7.
NORTH SUMMIT 52, MAESER PREP 30: Erica Richins and McKell Richins both scored 12 points, and two other players scored in double figures to help North Summit to a lopsided region win over Maeser Prep.
GUNNISON 57, AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 54: Madee Christenson tallied 18 points for Gunnison, and the Bulldogs got to the line 44 times on the night en route to the overtime victory.
NORTH SEVIER 66, WASATCH ACADEMY 24: North Sevier crushed Wasatch Academy behind 16 points from Morgan Okerlund. Shaylie Mason added 14 points for North Sevier.
LAYTON CHRISTIAN 69, CONCORDIA PREP 29: Layton Christian blew Concordia Prep out of the water with a 40 point victory. Shayla Simpson and Alissa Atisme combined for 42 points, while Brittany Griffith added 11 points with one trey.
WEST RIDGE ACADEMY 52, INTERMOUNTAIN CHRISTIAN 44: It was a battle till the very end for the West Ridge Academy with the eight point victory in overtime. Brittney Stalnaker had a game high 22 points. Michaela Jolley added 14 points.
TINTIC 49, LIAHONA 31: McKayla Wahlberg netted 15 points, while Kendra Wahlberg added 12 points to help Tintic to another region victory. The win secures second place for the Miners in region 18.
DUGWAY 41, ROCKWELL 11: Nadaja Bullock had 26 points for Dugway in a lopsided region win.
SOUTH SUMMIT 50, MANTI 32: Mariah Davis led the way for South Summit with 12 points, and the Wildcats tallied 11 more field goals than Manti to capture the lopsided victory.
ENTERPRISE 70, MOAPA VALLEY, NEV. 22: Dakota Robinson netted 17 points, and Ryley Lyman added 14 points in the lopsided Enterprise victory.
PINNACLE 46, GRAND 42: Pinnacle eased its way to victory after benefitting from Grand's hiccup in the third quarter and scoring consistency throughout the game. Naomi Dalton shined on the court with 16 points, while Jordan Hamner sank 14 points in the nonregion battle.
