Norman Stalliviere"Together Again"Our loving father and grandfather, Norman Joseph Stalliviere, 87, passed away Jan. 19, 2012 in South Jordan, Utah. He was born May 21, 1924 in Oakview, Colorado to Pete John and Rosalie Gallina Stalliviere. He married the love of his life, Eva Marie Pino on June 30, 1946 in Bingham Canyon, Utah. He was a loving and devoted husband for 56 years. She passed away Jan. 26, 2002. He visited her gravesite every day until he was no longer able. He served in the U.S. Navy in WWII. He worked for 38 years at Kennecott Copper, retiring as Drill and Blast Foreman. He was a Scoutmaster, baseball coach, and taught accordion lessons for many years. He loved to fish and garden, and received the Midvale Beautification Award twice. He was the best Dad, Grandpa and friend in the world, loved and respected by all who knew him. Survived by children, Pete J. (Ellen) Stalliviere, Teresa (Jerry) Withers, Laetitia (Ray) McWain, and Lori (Greg) Romero; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Legacy House Assisted Living in South Jordan for their loving care. Funeral Mass Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 11:30 a.m., with a viewing one hour prior, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. There will be a viewing Tuesday 6-7:30 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m., at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Midvale. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery. www.goffmortuary.com
