Florence Uwarda Trimble Canning "Wardie"

Florence Uwarda Trimble Canning, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, returned to her Heavenly Father on February 19, 2011 due to complications associated with age.Wardie was born March 31, 1920 in Fillmore, Utah to Earl Wendell and Florence Maude Wade Trimble. After attending Granite High School, she married Clarence B. Canning on August 9, 1941. Wardie worked at Safeway for 30 years and was a member of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters Union. Although she never admitted it, she had a long-time crush on her favorite player, John Stockton.
