Our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at home in West Jordan, Utah.He was born in Arizona to Lorenzo Dow and Sarah Alida Connolly. He grew up in Arizona and loved the Sedona Valley his entire life. Frank graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1957 and served in the U.S. Army before fulfilling a mission in France for the LDS Church. He graduated from BYU and was a life-long cougar fan. He married his sweetheart, Carrie Jacobs, in the Salt Lake Temple in April 1967. He designed and built his family home in West Jordan and was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. Frank worked at Kennecott Copper and then for Evanston High School (Evanston, Wyoming) before retiring to California where he was an independent Mona Vie distributor, Emerald Executive. Frank and Carrie were serving an LDS service mission in California when he was diagnosed with cancer. Frank loved to dance, to watch a great movie or play, as long as there was good character development, to build and to dream about making things. He loved chocolate, pecans and cherry pie. He was a gifted writer of poetry, plays, and stories. Frank had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing along with Nat King Cole records. He is survived by his wife Carrie, six children: Danielle (Jonathan) Brown, Michael, Tara, Laura (Skeet) Styer, Colette (Jordan) Gardner and Ben, grandchildren: Sarah, Mason, Nicholas, Tayvia, Dalton, Kaleb, Jayden, Silas and two on the way.
