Mike Weir drives on the opening hole during Sunday's final round at the Masters.

Draper's Mike Weir finished off a disappointing Masters Sunday shooting a 2-over-par 74 to finish at 2-over-par 290 for the tournament.

It was disappointing in the fact that he was just five shots off the lead in a tie for eighth place at the halfway point but shot 5-over par over the final two days. He finished in a tie for 17th place,

Weir didn't have any birdies on the front nine, going out in 38. He got the two shots back with birdies at 12 and 13 but bogeyed 14, 16 and 17 along with a birdie at 15.

This marks the eighth time in nine tries that Weir has made the cut at the Masters. The only time he missed the cut was in 2004, the year after he won the green jacket.
