NCAA women's basketball tournament (5 and 7 p.m., ESPN): Regional finals
American Idol (7 p.m., Ch. 13): The nine remaining contestants perform. And Dolly Parton is on hand to mentor them.
Frontline: Voodoo's Platoon (8 p.m., Ch. 7): This documentary about a National Guard unit sent to Iraq was shot by members of the unit themselves. They were given cameras before they deployed; their footage was edited into this hour.
Hell's Kitchen (8 p.m., Ch. 13): Gordon Ramsay is back in all his screaming glory as the fourth season of this unreal reality show begins. What, exactly, anyone finds entertaining about Kitchen remains a mystery. Nominally, it's a competition among chefs, but it's really just an excuse for Ramsay to scream and give the network censor's bleep button a good workout. If he was clever or funny, this might be tolerable, but it's neither.
CSI: Miami (9 p.m., Ch. 2): In the conclusion of the two-parter that began Monday, Horatio faces murder charges in Brazil.
Live to Be 150 ... Can You Do It? (9:02 p.m., Ch. 4): This ABC News special is hosted by Barbara Walters, who is more than halfway to the century-and-a-half mark herself.
The Riches (11 p.m., FX): Wayne is getting desperate as his charade is crumbling.
