At the onset of war in Iraq, the media coverage regarding the number of deaths and wounded was reported each evening on the major news channels. Five years into the war, media coverage has almost ceased to exist. Why? Does our present administration have control of the media?

In light of what we now know as the erroneous facts given to us by the Bush regime regarding the rationale to go to war, is there no longer true freedom of the press? If it weren't for National Public Radio and PBS providing the listener with balanced reporting, the death of the 4,000th soldier would have been an afterthought.
