Investigators believe a combination of speed, drowsiness and alcohol may have contributed to a rollover in Little Cottonwood Canyon Monday morning.

A 28-year-old woman was heading down the canyon about 3:15 a.m. About two miles from the mouth of the canyon her car drifted off the road and went through a series of correcting and overcorrecting, said Salt Lake County Sheriff's deputy Levi Hughes.

The car rolled several times, but the woman suffered only minor injuries. Alcohol was believed to be a factor, Hughes said. Investigators did not know Monday why the woman was in the canyon that early in the morning
