Melissa Barbanell, perpetual Liberty Park tennis bubble gadfly, is about to embark on her third attempt to get the courts to see things her way and remove the tennis bubble at Liberty Park. She now insists that this is because the approval process was mishandled, not because the bubble obstructs her view, as she originally complained.

I am not a lawyer like Ms. Barbanell so I do not know if the initial process was flawed or not, but at what point will she think that enough "i's have been dotted and t's crossed" to feel that she has had a fair hearing? It seems like the city, the Historic Landmark Commission and Liberty Park have been jumping through hoops successfully for four years now.
