OGDEN — Police are investigating a shooting on the 3200 block of Adams Avenue.

Officers are on the scene of the shooting, which happened around 11:15 a.m., questioning several people about what they may have seen.

A man in his 50s was knicked in the leg with a bullet, Ogden Police Lt. Scott Sangberg said. Three men were found behind the home next to a car that was reported stolen, he said.

"They claim that while looking at the stolen car, about five or six Hispanic guys shot 15 shots at them," Sangberg said.

Police said they have not found that many shell casings, and nobody else was wounded. They also have not found a gun. The man who was grazed did not require hospitalization, Sangberg said.
