Two men robbed a Salt Lake cell phone store at gunpoint Monday night, police said.

Officers were looking for two men who they say entered a T-Mobile store at 2120 S. 700 East, pointed a black handgun at employees and demanded money just before 8 p.m.

The men took an undetermined amount of money and fled through an alley behind the store, said Salt Lake Police Lt. Dave Hoffman.

The suspects were described as black men, ages 25-28. One man was wearing a tan jacket. The other man wore a blue jacket. Both men had black T-shirts tied around their faces, Hoffman said.
