PARK CITY — The Egyptian Theatre in Park City is offering a little cabernet with its production of "Cabaret."

Lecturer and wine expert Zev Rovine will talk about war and the wines of the time of the Nazi regime. He also will discuss the history behind Jews commonly hiding in wine cellars during that time.

Rovine is noted for his involvement in Chef Dance 2008, wine tastings at the Spotted Frog Bookstore and his weekly wine column in a local newspaper.

This special invitation wine-tasting event will be Feb. 27-29, an hour before the show at 6:30 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $50 each night of the "Cabaret and Cabernet" event. "Cabaret" officially kicks off Feb. 22 and runs through April 5.
