OGDEN — A "Heart-to-Heart Talk" will be held Feb. 19 at Ogden Regional Medical Center.

The event, free to the public, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in Ogden Regional's Education Center, 5475 S. 500 East (Adams Ave.).

The discussion includes a brief update on the latest information for keeping your heart in good shape, followed by a session where members of the audience can ask questions regarding maintaining a heart-friendly diet and exercise program and treating heart problems if it becomes necessary.

The panelists include Dr. Michael J. Diehl, interventional cardiologist; Dr. Joseph E. Graham, thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon; Leslie Bean, nurse practitioner with Utah Cardiology; Stephanie Brinkmann, registered dietitian and certified exercise specialist; and Wendy Douglas, registered nurse and cardiovascular nurse educator.
