The Brunson Brothers - Gaynor, Raland, Deron and Arlan - will be performing at the gala at UVSC.

PROVO — Started in 2004 by Star Quayle to honor her baby daughter Anna Marie, who died just 11 hours after birth, today the Chocolate Extravaganza is a glitzy gala that raises funds for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

"Last year the gala brought in $140,000 including in kind gifts and cash," said Dennis Morgansen of the Utah Valley Healthcare Foundation, which sponsors the event.

This year, the benefit gala includes live and silent auctions, the presentation of the 2008 ICU Guardian Angel, a video tribute to the newborn intensive care team, music by the Brunson Brothers and dinner in the Grand Ballroom at the student center at Utah Valley State College.

Gourmet chocolate delights, travel packages, art and "wish list" items needed for the newborn intensive care unit will be up for auction.

Auctioneer is Kevin Gallagher.

Emcees for the gala presentation are Rebecca Cressman and Brian Foxx from the FM100 Morning Show.

The gala is a formal/business attire affair and reservations are required.
