CEDAR CITY — Southern Utah's men wrap up a two-game home stand today when they host Summit League leader Oral Roberts in the Centrum.

The game will be televised live on KCSG Television.

The Thunderbirds (5-14, 3-5 ) snapped a four-game losing streak Thursday when they outlasted Centenary, 82-79. Five Thunderbirds scored in double-figures, a season-high. The T-birds were led by Tate Sorensen's 15 off the bench and Geoff Payne's fifth double-double of the season, which included a career-high 11 assists.

Oral Roberts (13-5, 8-0) is off to the best start in the history of The Summit League, which includes its time as the Mid-Continent Conference. The Golden Eagles became the first team to open a conference season with eight straight wins. On Thursday, the Eagles ran past UMKC, 75-47, in Kansas City. Guard Adam Liberty scored 16 points to pace four Eagles in double-figures in that one.

The Thunderbirds return to the road for a pair of Summit League games next week as they travel to IUPUI and Western Illinois.
