SAN ANTONIO — Tim Duncan had 28 points and 17 rebounds to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 103-91 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night.

Ime Udoka added a season-high 18 points and four other Spurs scored in double digits to give San Antonio its second straight victory.
