A shotgun-wielding bandit who investigators believe is responsible for several cell-phone store robberies across the valley apparently struck again Tuesday.

Just before 2 p.m. a man with a shotgun covered with either a towel or shirt entered Cricket, 1648 W. 700 North, and demanded money, said Salt Lake police detective Jeff Bedard. The robbery resembled several others dating back to August.

Police said the man was wearing a bandana over his face.
