When we at Utah Food Bank Services asked the community to help us reach our Holiday Food Drive goal of 1.5 million pounds of food and 24,000 turkeys, we knew it was a lofty target. But the community responded with overwhelming support. It's important to note that Utah Food Bank Services' goal was generated in conjunction with emergency food pantries, regional food banks and direct service programs.

As the population grows, the need for food assistance also increases, despite the season. Throughout the year, we are in continued need for the nutritious, hearty foods provided through individual donations and food drives.

Thank you again to the community for helping us meet the need through the Holiday Food Drive. You made it happen!
