I found an article on Jan. 3 in the Utah Valley section of the paper very disturbing. Kiddus Yhannes was a student at a school where I worked as a school counselor. I was impressed with both Kiddus and his mother. He was a good student and very well behaved. I don't know much about the path he has taken since then, but to put his picture on the front page of the section with "Felony Gun Charges Dropped" seems to me to be convicting him when the charges were actually dropped. You are responsible for defaming this young man when he was not even charged. That seems to me an example of very poor journalistic judgment.
