PRICE — An endangered persons advisory has been issued for two children believed to have been taken by their mother.

The Carbon County Sheriff's Office issued the alert this afternoon for Isaac Ochoa, 6, and his brother, Patrick Raymond Gonzales, 4. The children were taken out of the Price area by their mother, Davi Ann Martinez, 25.

Deputies said the Division of Child and Family Services has a custody warrant for the children, and caseworkers were attempting to take the children into their custody, when the mother fled. DCFS believes the children are in danger.

Isaac is described as 3-foot-5, about 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities said he is missing his right arm and has a tracheotomy tube. His brother Patrick is described as 3-feet tall, about 45 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Their mother, Davi Ann, is a Hispanic woman, about 5-foot-5, 135 pounds.

Anyone with information on the children is urged to call the Carbon County Sheriff's Office at 435-637-0893.
