Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub left Sunday's 28-20 loss to the Tennessee Titans in the first quarter after dislocating his left shoulder.

Schaub was sacked by Antwan Odom and broke his fall with his left hand. He was down for a few minutes, then was helped to the locker room, holding his left arm. Texans coach Gary Kubiak said the team will evaluate Schaub on Monday.

"Matt has a dislocated shoulder, and that's all I know at this point," Kubiak said.

Schaub finished 3-for-5 for 34 yards. He was replaced by Sage Rosenfels, who threw for 185 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

The Texans also lost right guard Fred Weary in the second quarter to a season-ending broken right leg. Backup offensive lineman Chris White sustained a season-ending knee injury.

MORE INJURIES: Titans running back LenDale White dislocated the middle finger on his right hand and needed stitches in the locker room. He didn't return to the game.

Lions receiver Roy Williams left Detroit's 42-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings with a right knee injury in the second quarter. The team initially called his return probable, and he was standing on the sideline wearing a wrap on the knee. But with the game out of reach after Minnesota built a 32-point lead early in the third quarter, Williams was ruled out for the rest of the day.

In Kansas City, the Chiefs were down to their third-team quarterback after Damon Huard hurt his hand late in a 24-10 loss to the San Diego Chargers. Tyler Thigpen replaced Huard, who started for the injured Brodie Croyle.

The Arizona Cardinals, already playing without Larry Fitzgerald, lost Anquan Boldin, their other standout receiver, to an injured left foot in the third quarter of their 27-21 win over the Cleveland Browns. Fitzgerald, the NFC's leading receiver, had been limited in practice by a groin injury.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb missed his second straight game because of a sprained ankle and injured thumb. A.J. Feeley failed to follow up his strong performance against New England, going 19-of-42 for 220 yards with four interceptions in a 28-24 loss to Seattle.

The Eagles also were missing two starters on defense: DT Brodrick Bunkley and SS Quintin Mikell. Seahawks cornerback Josh Wilson left with a leg injury in the first half.

Washington Redskins receiver Antwaan Randle El missed the first game of his six-year NFL career when a hamstring injury sidelined him for a 17-16 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Randle El had started in 91 games.
