The Feed Uncle Sam care package campaign will meet today to assemble the 600-plus care packages that are to be sent to all of Utah's deployed National Guard Soldiers.

The public is invited to attend the event at Mesa Systems Inc., 2275 S. 900 West.

The event will begin at 9 a.m. Maj. Gen. Tarbet, Utah National Guard commander, will be attending and assisting during the later morning hours. Volunteers, including 100 junior high school students, will remain at the warehouse until all packages are ready to be shipped to the soldiers in Iraq.
