BOISE — In its first overtime game in two seasons, Utah Valley fell 73-72 at Boise State in the opening game for both teams.

The game was a back-and-forth affair, with UVSC finally falling in the overtime period after Boise St. hit consecutive three-pointers.

UVSC last played in overtime on Dec. 20, 2005 in a loss to Cleveland State.

The Wolverines were led by Ryan Toolson's 29 points. Jordan Brady had a double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds.

Utah Valley will next travel to No. 12 Marquette on Monday at 6 p.m. (MT) The game can be heard live on AM 1400 KSTAR.
