Williams Fine Art, 200 E. South Temple, Suite 100, has recently obtained several collections of deceased Utah artists. Monday, at noon, the gallery will make many pieces available to collectors. Deseret Morning News graphic designer Jessica Berry will teach "Transforming Junk: Gaining Perspective Through Expression, Giving From Compassion," a one-time free art workshop to create shadowboxes. Donated sales will go to assist the Rising Star Outreach program, a U.S. nonprofit, which provides an art school, medical care, children's home and micro-loans for India's leprosy population. James C. Christensen and daughters Cassandra Barney and Emily McPhie will visit three Utah galleries to sign prints of their work and exhibit original paintings.
