David Rucker Leifson pleaded guilty Monday to one count of perjury. He will be sentenced Jan. 9.

Garry Von Blackmore pleaded guilty to perjury charges. He testified against the other men charged in connection with Davis' disappearance. His sentencing date has not been set.
