PHOENIX — The Phoenix RoadRunners defeated the Utah Grizzlies 6-2 Sunday evening at US Airways Center.

After falling behind 3-0 in the first period for the second-straight night, Utah battled back to make the score 3-1 and later 4-2 with goals from Rob Sirianni and Ryan Kinasewich. Phoenix took a 5-2 lead with 15 seconds left to go in the second period on a shorthanded goal from Justin Maiser as Utah worked on a four-minute power-play.

Brett Jaeger started in goal for a third-straight game for Utah, suffering the loss.
