Ray Anderson has returned to Chase as senior vice president in commercial banking for Utah. He previously was director of treasury services for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 16 years but began his financial career with then-Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. Anderson will develop and manage commercial banking relationships with Utah-based companies. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Helen Langan, Allison Riley and Marc Buchanan have joined The Summit Group's public relations department. Langan is a public relations account manager and will manage public relations activities and strategies for agency clients. She most recently was associate director of communications at Westminster College. Her education includes degrees from the University of Utah and Westminster College. Riley is a public relations account coordinator. She recently graduated from Utah State University. Buchanan is a public relations account coordinator and will coordinate campaigns and assist account managers with local, regional and national clients. He previously worked for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' New York public affairs office and in automatic data processing. He has a degree from Brigham Young University.

Benjamin J. Brown has been promoted to manager and McCall Chandler has been promoted to audit manager in KPMG LLP's Salt Lake City audit practice. Brown has more than seven years of auditing, accounting and financial reporting experience. His education includes degrees from Southern Utah University. Chandler has five years of experience in public accounting and auditing. Her education includes degrees from the University of Utah.

Dan Rawson has been named director of land acquisition at Murray-based Hamlet Development. He will identify, negotiate and purchase land deals. He has several years of industry and management experience, including serving as a land acquisition and development manager for another company. He also has served in the U.S. Marine Corps and left active duty as a captain in 2004.

Tom Gledhill, Jeremy Coccimiglio and Diane Bond have joined Sandy-based Axiom Financial. Gledhill is branch manager of the Greater Salt Lake region. He has three years of experience at an investment company and eight years at a mortgage firm. He has a degree from the University of Utah. Coccimiglio is a mortgage consultant for Axiom. He has 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry and also has a University of Utah degree. Bond is a mortgage consultant, bringing 29 years of mortgage experience to the company.

Alan Emery has joined Lehi-based XanGo LLC as director of facilities. He has several years of experience overseeing facilities management and operations. He will oversee the nearly competed 30-acre corporate headquarters at Thanksgiving Point and other company facilities worldwide.

Maria S. Farrington has been appointed executive director at Discovery Gateway. Farrington, a former board member of the museum, had been serving as interim executive director since April 1. Farrington previously was director of programs and initiatives at another organization and has worked in management at several other organizations. Also, Steven Oster, chief executive officer of the Boyer Co., has been elected to serve as chairman of the board of directors at Discovery Gateway for the upcoming year. Scott Tanner, CEO of Juice-It, was elected vice chairman. Dorothy Pleshe of Larry H. Miller Group will continue to serve as secretary and Rick Manning continues as treasurer.

Morris Jensby has been appointed by CHG Healthcare Services as vice president of risk management. Jensby previously worked as general manager for a nationwide third-party claims administrator. He also worked for a another company for 24 years.

Matt Giles has been hired by Big-D Construction as a project manager in the company's Lindon office. Giles has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. His education includes degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.

Anne Sorenson has transferred back to Mountain America Credit Union's Ogden branch after spending time in the credit union's corporate environment. She has worked for Mountain America for nine years.

Tiffanii Johnson has been named by Maurice's as store manager at the company's West Valley City location. Johnson is responsible for day-to-day operations of the store, including sales performance, visual presentation and personnel recruitment and training.

Richard W. Gee has joined Parvus Corp. as director of engineering. He will manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering department and contribute to the company's growth efforts. He has 25 years of product development experience, including executive management experience in aerospace, defense, life science and consumer-branded product companies. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Brett Perozzi has been named the new associate vice president for student affairs at Weber State University. He has more than 15 years of student affairs experience at a university and at the Association of College Unions International.

Kelepi Ofahengaue and Tiare Auelua have been hired by Salt Lake-based Celtic Bank as mortgage loan officers. Ofahengaue oversees and originates mortgage loans, specializing primarily in construction and long-term loans. He has more than two years of experience in the mortgage loan business. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University. Auelua oversees and originates residential mortgage loans. She has more than seven years of experience in the mortgage loan business.
