In our LDS culture's folkloric indulgences, there is a group that irrationally thinks an LDS president is somehow going to change the world. News flash! The Savior of the world is Jesus Christ, not Mitt Romney. What apparent salvation has it brought the United States having plenty of LDS members in Congress, Cabinet positions and as foreign ambassadors? The bottom line is if Latter-day Saints don't vote for Romney, it's not a rare "missed opportunity" but a reflection of careful consideration for seeking the best candidate for the office.
