PARK CITY — Business software developer and marketer Park City Group Inc. on Monday reported a net loss of $3 million for the fiscal year ended June 30. That compares with net income of $1.4 million for the prior fiscal year.

Revenues totaled $2.6 million, down from $7 million in 2006. The company cited 2006 one-time license and services agreement revenues that totaled nearly $4 million that did not reoccur in the 2007 fiscal year.

Randall K. Fields, chairman and chief executive officer, said fiscal 2007 was a time when the company shifted from an exclusively license-based revenue stream to a mix of license and subscription fees.
