In memory of Max Stephen Green, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Born January 26, 1941 at Atlanta, Idaho, son of Max and Wilma Callaway Green, Steve lost a long and courageous battle with colon cancer on Sept. 25, 1998.A dedicated employee of Steve Reagan Company for more than 30 years, Steve also served honorably in the U.S. Army. He was a motorcycling enthusiast, and active member of the Utah Desert Foxes. Camping, hunting, fishing and boating, were other activities he enjoyed, and he excelled in every sport he attempted. Steve had unquestionable integrity and an indomitable spirit, and he was always there when a shoulder was needed to cry on, or just for advice. He was respected by all who knew him
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Edwina; ex-wife and good friend, Evelyn; sons, Jerry (Carolyn), Travis and Sean; daughter, Lorinda Kaye (Boyd) Green-Bagley; and grandson, Kevin. He will also be missed by his extended family of step children and grandchildren. Surviving are seven brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29th, at Memorial Estates, 5850 South 900 East, with a viewing one hour prior. Friends may also call 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates.
In lieu of flowers, Steve requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Heartfelt thanks are extended to Dr. Gregory Litton and IHC Home Health and Hospice, for their compassionate care.
