Joseph "Joe" Chamberlain, age 75, passed away on September 18, 1998 at his residence.

Born on December 23, 1922 in Lawrence, Massachusetts. He married Wanda Stevens Miles in Elko, Nevada on November 1, 1979. He served his country during World War II and was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.Joe enjoyed his membership in the Eagles Lodge #377 in Heber City and was a past president of the Lodge and the PAAPS-seeing eye dog organization.

He loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda, of Kamas, Utah; step-sons, Bob Miles, of Marion, Utah; and Bart Miles, of Kamas, Utah; step-daughter, Glenda (Dee) Thomas, of Ferron, Utah; also 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Monday September 21, 1998 at 1 p.m. at the Kamas LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Crandall Funeral Home in Kamas on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the service.

Interment with military honors in the Francis, Utah Cemetery following the service.
