- 70.6 percent charge for special services (theater tickets, dinner and event reservations, pet reservations).

- 70 percent charge for all airline tickets.

- 65.6 percent charge for hotel-only reservations .

- 64.1 percent charge for visa/passport services.

- 57.6 percent charge for rail tickets.

- 53.6 percent charge for lost ticket applications .
