A crash that involved five vehicles in Draper left one man with serious injuries Saturday morning.

The victim, whose name was not released pending notification of family, was waiting at a red light on a motorcycle when a car spun into him about 10 a.m. The car, heading south, ran a red light and was broadsided by a car heading north, said Salt Lake County Sheriff's Lt. Stephen Chard.After the car was struck, it spun around and hit the motorcycle and another car waiting at the light at the intersection of 12300 S. 1300 East. The injuries to the motorcycle rider weren't life threatening, police said.

Paramedics transported three other victims to area hospitals, but all with minor injuries, Chard said.
