David W. Reynolds, 85, of Bountiful passed away Tuesday, August 25, 1998. He was released from his battle with Alzheimer's disease.
David was born February 28, 1913 in Pocatello, Idaho the son of Leone Jones and George Reynolds. He grew up in Tremonton, later Salt Lake, graduating from Granite High. He met and married Ina Bird, 1933. For several years they traveled extensively. David later returned to Utah to work in the department of State Business Regulation. He was the first narcotics agent in the State, finding and helping numerous kids on drugs. He reached his 33 degree Mason, served the El Kalah Temple and sponsored many children for treatment at Shriners Hospital.Survived by his wife, Ina; two daughters, Jan and Nancy (Richard Elliott), both of California; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brothers, George and Alfred; sister, Leone Clyde.
