O.J. Simpson's two young children want to stay with their father, their attorney told an appeals court Friday.

The parents of the late Nicole Brown Simpson had asked the 4th District Court of Appeal to review the decision that gave Simpson custody of 10-year-old Justin and 12-year-old Sydney after Simpson was acquitted of murdering their mother in 1994.A civil jury later found him responsible for the murder of his ex-wife and her friend Ronald Goldman.
