Utah County Fair entries, including decorated cakes, cookies, breads and other tasty treats, surround judges Thursday at the David O. McKay Special Events Center at Utah Valley State College. Promoters hope a change in location will bring up the numbers at the annual fair, which runs through Saturday. The fair has previously been held in Spanish Fork. A Monday night Oldies benefit concert is also scheduled at the Special Events Center as part of the festivities. This year's fair features a family carnival, display booths for businesses, horticulture exhibits, home arts and garden goods along with a petting zoo, local entertainment and a 3-on-3 basketball tournament.
