BYU quarterbacks coach Robbie Bosco told KSL radio Thursday night that junior Kevin Feterik has emerged as the team's No. 1 quarterback less than one week into fall drills. Head coach LaVell Edwards has yet to publicly name his starter for the Sept. 5 opener at Alabama but told the Deseret News a decision could be made soon. Should Feterik get the nod, sophomore Drew Miller will be his back-up. Former Skyline High star Brandon Doman, a freshman, is expected to be the Cougars' third quarterback.
