. 1st 2nd

Cleveland 25 54 - 79

Utah 31 38 - 69

1st half - Playing probably their most precise basketball ever, the Starzz rode six first-half blocks by Margo Dydek, including a block on the game's first shot, eight Dydek rebounds and Wendy Palmer's 6-for-10 shooting and five rebounds to a lead of as many as eight points.

2nd half - Palmer scored 14 and Dydek 11 in the second half, but Cleveland center Isabelle Fijalkowski scored 16 (22 total) in the half, Eva Nemcova added nine and Adrienne Johnson seven off the bench. The Rockers made 68 percent of their shots, 60 percent on 3-pointers and all of their free throws. 'Nuff said.

Records - Starzz 7-17, Rockers 15-9

Quotable - "It wasn't too odd to be on the opposing team. It was kind of comforting actually because I heard a lot of people clapping, and that makes you feel good when you come home, and there's a lot of people still supporting you." - Rockers' Raegan Scott of Orem, formerly of the Starzz, on her only Delta Center appearance of 1998.

Next up - At Phoenix Saturday, 8 p.m. MDT
