Shawn Henrichsen, 33, of Edmonds, WA, died August 1, 1998 from an automobile accident.
He was born in Norfolk, Virginia and attended schools in the Edmonds School District, graduating from Provo Canyon School in Provo, Utah, and also from Woodway High School in 1982. Shawn attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Shoreline Community College, class of 1996. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Osaka, Japan, 1984-1986.He is survived by his wife, Deanne (Eggett) Henrichsen; son, Jacob Leo; parents, Leo and Phyllis Henrichsen of Edmonds; grandmother, Phyllis Albom; sisters and brothers, Lisa (Jim) Bradley, Tammy (Chris) Brown, Carol, Scott, Todd, David, Suzanne, Megan and Kumari Henrichsen and five nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two brothers, David Edwin and Steven Patrick.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 6, 1998 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Edmonds 2nd Ward Building, 7920 228th SW, Edmonds, WA. Family graveside to follow in Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery.
