Jay W. Dunham, 70, of Cannonville, Utah, passed away July 31, 1998, Panguitch, Utah.

He was born March 19, 1928, in Cannonville, Utah, to Joseph Smith and Alice Henderson Dunham. He married Eva Lou Iverson, October 3, 1952, in Elko, Nevada. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, May 10, 1965. She preceded him in death February 10, 1991. Jay married Anna J. Dietz, November 28, 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah.He is survived by wife, Anna, Cannonville; children, Deborah Estell Debbie Dunham; Ethan J. Dunham, both of Salt Lake City; W. Rebbecca Dunham, Denver, CO; stepson, Jerry D. Dietz, Salt Lake City; grandchildren, Joseph Jay Dunham, Cannonville; Juliana Saloma, Salt Lake City; brothers and sisters, Margaret Braithwaite; Edgar H. and Dorothy Dunham; Merwin S. and Minok Dunham; LaVera D. Moss, all of Cannonville; sister-in-law, Franca Dunham, Clearfield. Preceded in death by, wife, Eva Lou; brothers, Van Dunham and Milo Dunham; and parents.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 5, 1998, at 1 p.m. in the Cannonville LDS Ward Chapel where friends may call on Wednesday morning from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Cannonville Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, UT.
