Trina Kay Larson Gallagher, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away July 29, 1998 in Richfield, Utah, after a year long battle with cancer.

She was born July 27, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Morgan R. "Poge" and Kaye Christiansen Larson. She married the love of her life and soul mate, Chad A. Gallagher, June 21, 1985 in Salt Lake City. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church. She was one of the first girls to legally play Little League Baseball in Utah. She loved the outdoors; golfing, fishing, basketball, volleyball. She attended Skyline High School, where she excelled in sports, receiving the outstanding female athlete award her senior year. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. in Business Administration and Business Management. She was employed with 3M HIS for the past 15 years.She is survived by her husband, Chad; daughter, Alex Trina, of Sandy, UT; parents, Morgan "Poge" and Kaye Larsen, of Elsinore, UT; brother and sister, Trent Larson, Tracy (Fred) Vega; and special family friend, Chad Brewer; father and mother-in-law, Larry and Mary Gallagher, all of Salt Lake City; brother and sisters-in-law, Bart (Joni) Gallagher, Terri (Kevin) Weaver, of Salt Lake City; Starlyn (Randy) Sargent, of Alberta, Canada; Trina's best friend, Joy Fisher, of Salt Lake City; 12 nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.

Funeral service will be held Monday, August 3, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Granite 10th LDS Ward Chapel, 2180 East Meadow Lark Way (9020 South), Sandy, UT. Friends may call at the ward chapel Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and again on Monday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Elsinore Cemetery at 6 p.m. Monday evening. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, UT.
