A hiker feared dead after being lost in rugged mountains for more than two days in blistering heat stunned rescuers Friday by stumbling into their command post.

"Hi, you guys got any water?" asked Guy Garlinghouse, who was dehydrated, confused and bruised but otherwise OK.Family members and the 150-plus rescuers who conducted a ground-and-air search for Garlinghouse in the Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix had about given up hope that he would be found alive.
